The production scope is as follows:
All kinds of pipe fittings from 1" through 96″ in carbon steel,alloy steel,high yield steel and stainless
steel, such as elbows, tees, reducers etc..For elbows,both Seamless (up to 36”) and Welded(16″-96″) are available. For seamless tees, 24” is generally the maximum and forged pipes will be used as base materials if seamless tees more than 24” are required. All welded tees are between 24” and 56” with one weld at the back of the run pipe (No weld repairs are allowed on other parts of the tees) For reducers, 24” is the maximum for seamless construction. Reducers more than 26” (including 26”) are produced with one weld in the shape of taper.
The raw materials are procured both from China and overseas.
All carbon steel raw materials are from domestic steel mills such as Baosteel (Shanghai), Baotou Steel (Inner Mongolia), Panzhihua Steel(Sichuan), TPCO(Tianjin), Hengsteel(Hunan), etc and the seamless high yield steel pipes are mainly purchased from Hengsteel(Hunan) and Baosteel (Shanghai),All alloy steel raw materials are mainly purchased from TPCO(Tianjin), Baosteel (Shanghai), Chengde steel (Jiangsu),JFE, V&M,and Sumitomo.
All raw materials with WPHY(high yield)are mainly purchased from WuYangSteel (Henan).

Apart from pipes, steel plates are also taken as raw materials for big size welded fittings.
For welded fittings with the grade ASTM A234 WPB, steel plates with the grade ASTM A516 Gr B are taken as base material and the main sources of such plates are Jinan steel, Anyang steel, Shunyang steel,etc. For steel plates with the grades ASTM A387 （P11、P5、P22、P91, the main suppliers are Baosteel (Shanghai) and Wuyang steel (Henan)For all pipe fittings orders placed upon us, the delivery time is generally within 90 days, and the exact delivery will all depends.For orders with less types and bigger quantity relatively, delivery will be extremely quick even without stock in the warehouse . On the contrary, delivery will be relatively slow for orders with more types And smaller quantity.
For payment terms, we generally accept L/C and T/T, and other payment terms will also be considered as per different orders.

Inside the company, ISO 9001 requirements have been perfectly carried out in daily management and such requirements have also been specified as the everyday discipline during production and inspection As a professional pipe fittings mill, we own lots of advanced production facilities as well as the state-of-the-art inspection equipment.For chemical analysis, We have the equipment of PMI (Positive Material Identification) and chemical analyser.For mechanical inspection, we have universal testing machine to inspect tensile strength,yield strength and elongation. And charpy impact machine is also available for impact tests.For NDT (Non destructive test), 100% X-ray test will be executed on welded fittings and Ultrasonic tests on high yield fittings & chrome moly fittings. If necessary, PT (penetrant test) will also be done in order to avoid the trivial crack at the location of weld seam.For seamless fittings, 100% UT(Ultrasonic test) will be
executed. For cold formed tees, MT(Magnetic Particle test) will be required.To meet the requirements of mechanical properties, appropriate heat treatments shall be carried out. The forming temperature of carbon steel and low-tem steel is above 620°C and far-infrared thermometer is introduced for necessary inspections during the hot forming process of elbows.For some kinds of fittings whose forming temperature may not reach the specified level such as tees,reducers, heat treatment with the temperature more than 620°C (including 620°C) are required.We have two sets of heat treatment furnaces, one is ELECTROHEAT TREATMENT FURNACE and the other is FIRED-GAS HEAT TREATMENT FURNACE, and the working temperature of both furnaces is 1250 ° C, which can meet the heat treatment requirements to the greatest extent.To execute the process of quenching (a kind of heat treatment), a quenching pool is digged around the location of the furnaces. Generally, quenching is crucial for high yield fittings. To maintain the water temperature inside the pool to the greatest extent, a cooling tower is erected to measure the water temperature, and effective quenching will be extremely important to maintain the mechanical property and internal metallic
organization after heat treatment.For all alloy steel fittings, we specify strictly the hardness range to guarantee the metallic organization and the hardness range shall be based on the heat treatment experiments of each heat number. After heat treatment experiments, the metallic organazations within different hardness ranges shall be checked through Metallographic Analysis and the hardness range in good metallic organazation condition will be confirmed.
